Scientific conference
This year we had the 10th scientific conference. Students made reports about different subjects. There is a club of young researchers at our school. Students of our school have got 9 diplomas at the regional conference and 3 of them are for English reports. The topics are "Are Russian and New Zealand fairy tales alike or different?", "Names of book characters in the titles of American newspapers", "Sport metaphor in the newspaper articles".

We are a 4th grade class from Lost Creek, West Virginia in the United States of America. We enjoyed reading your post about the science conference. Here in West Virginia we have a Science Fair, where students display and present science experiments. We really enjoyed reading your blog! We hope to come back and read it again.
Kia ora friends. Well done on your achievements! I wonder what you decided about Russian and New Zealand tales - are they alike in some ways or are they very different? That was an interesting topic to study.
Best wishes for a lovely Easter and enjoy the spring time.
