Videoconference
October,30. Late night. We are speaking with students from Bob Greenberg's class, Terry Smith's class from the USA and then with the teacher of Livewires Carolyn Knight from New Zealand.
It was an exciting evening!
You see the flowers on the slides. We see snow on the ground at our place.
Speaking with our friends makes us feel happy. It warms our hearts. Our friendship makes the snow melt.

Hello Friends,
This is Mr. Ferguson and the Fourth Grade from Lafayette Regional School. It sounds like you had quite the party with Mr. Greenberg. My students are jealous you already have snow. Some of them can't wait to go downhill skiing. Our mountain tops have snow but that is it. Have a great week in school.
No need to be jealous. Come to our place and we will ski together any time from November till April!
The problem is - we can't ski sometimes because of the frosty weather. Today it is -30 degrees!!!!
Hi!
I am a Geography teacher from Fredericksburg, VA, USA. My class is currently doing a project on Russia. I would love to connect my students with yours.

We'd answer your questions.
Kia ora Mrs Tarasevich and students,
It was very exciting to talk to you by Skype even though I had to get up at 4:30 in the morning! My students were disappointed they didn't get to meet you. But I hope we can Skype with some of you on November 26th so you can meet the Livewires and see Cheburashka at home in our classroom.
Best wishes,
Miss Knight
Your slide show brings back warm memories of a wonderful and exciting Skype session. The Brainwaves can't wait until the next time.
