Russian girls and boys like "Yeralash"
"Yeralash" is a humorous TV film for children. My students from the 11th class made their own film about school life. We are surprised if you understand the plot.
Videoconferencing with our friends from New Zealand.
Make a Smilebox greeting |
More than a year ago we started projects with students from N.Zealand. On 26,November we met and talked by Skype. We were very excited to watch their classroom, monster and Cheburashka. They are going to have summer holidays and we are going to have winter holidays! We live in different hemispheres but we have the same favourite things such as ice-cream or pets.

Monster Project 2009
We started the project with the translation of the parts description.
Then students divided into small groups and began making the parts.
I’m an English teacher so I teach some classes. There were two 6th grade classes that made the monster. We had been making it for 6 lessons. There was much rubbish in the classroom. Everybody asked “What are you doing? What is it?” Every time I told about the project.
The monster is very beautiful.

Teachers' Day at our school.
October,5 is a day in our country when teachers are given honour to.Students and parents give flowers, cards and handmade souvenires to teachers.
This year our students were extraordinary. They invited all the teachers in one of the classroom on the third floor and asked to look through the window.
So we saw a big heart wich consisted of our students.
After the third lesson teachers became students and students(of 10-11 grades) became teachers. We had badges with our first names on them as Tanya (not Tatyana Ivanovna) Larisa, Natasha and so on. We attended lessons as students.
After the lessons we became teachers again (students asked us).
It was really exciting. Upsidedown day!
Do you have such holidays in your country, school?

Blot - animals
Creative writing.
Sometimes I try some unusual techniques to make my lessons interesting.
We study animals and parts of the body.
Firstly, students take paints and choose their favorite color.
Secondly, they put a drop of paint into the sheet of paper and shake it.
Finally, they imagine an animal and describe it.
Everybody was excited to do the task.
The marks were great too.
The concert of our school
Every year each school of the region make a perfomance for parents and other people of our place. A lot of students and teachers take part in it. You can watch some parts of the concert.

We invite you to take part in our project
Dear friends,
We invite you to participate in our project about toys and games.
We decided to start the project with our friend Livewires from New Zealand.
We think that this project will help students to learn about toys and games of their parents (grandparents). They will be able to learn what toys and games children play around the World.
